par Utilisateur ou utilisatrice 16865769 de Firefox, il y a 3 ansSuper angry at this company. Been using Honey since 2018 and all I have to show for it is 3500 points I can't redeem. Doesn't count almost 3/4ths of my purchases and after contacting support with receipts they said in essence, tough luck we can't do anything. Its so comforting to know that the $800 I spent at Gamestop which prompted my looking at my points and contacting them in the first place is worth nothing. Not even mad at support, they are just doing their jobs. Its just a garbage app unless you are absolutely neurotic about watching every purchase using it, and hoping it decides to actually activate rewards and not just pretend to.

- Noté 1 sur 5par Lazerus101, il y a 15 joursUsed to be a great plugin, now its just a time waster and data thief.
None of the codes it suggest work, which slows down your checkout on sites. Plus goodness only knows how much personal data they farm. - Noté 2 sur 5par Darren, il y a un moisI have to agree, the Honey Firefox extension is nowhere near as good as the Chrome version. Disappointing.
- Noté 1 sur 5par Utilisateur ou utilisatrice 18352178 de Firefox, il y a un moisI've used Honey for years and something's changed. I've tried 10 times over the last 5 months to redeem my points for gift cards, which never arrive. I've contacted Honey at least 5 times via chat, email and Twitter. No response or help. Chatbot crashes and freezes every time. Total scam company.

- Noté 5 sur 5par Freezekit, il y a 3 moisThere's literally no downside to downloading Honey. When it works, it works! It doesn't always find a coupon (Which happens, not all stores offer coupons), but when it does it just passively saves you money. I *just* used a coupon on a website and then Honey found a better one that saved me an extra $15 than the coupon I had.

- Noté 3 sur 5par Kc, il y a 4 moisHoney used to be a crucial part of my shopping experience. The offers for Canada have become less and less. What even is the point? I'm not going to shop at Ardenes. Get your shit together.
