- Rated 1 out of 5by tim, 21 days agoIts to clunky, there needs be a solution when i switch channels, the folders do not have separate folders between accounts.
If i am going on one account to anther, i don't want see them sharing folders, and worse, the channels were all inside like ghosts.Developer response
posted 21 days agoIt's expected behavior because your data is linked to your browser by default. If you want to use a different YouTube account, you can use different Firefox profiles.
Most of our users like the behavior, because groups with channels are not dependent on your YouTube account, and you can add channels even without a subscription to the channel. - Rated 5 out of 5by Firefox user 14116878, 23 days ago

- Rated 5 out of 5by Skybreaker, a month agoAs of the recent update, the extension no longer seems to be working. There are still groups but no ability to filter by group at the top of the subscription feed. Is there a limit on how many channels it can handle?
Edit (reply to developer): I tried disabling all other extensions (in LibreWolf), but it still doesn’t show the group filters at the top of my subscription feed. I get the same result in Firefox. I’m not sure what would be causing a conflict, as I haven’t recently changed anything about my browser configuration.
Edit (reply to developer): I wasn’t hiding the groups, but I did notice that the groups had disappeared. So I restored from my Chrome settings, and it seems to be working now.Developer response
posted a month agoNo, it was no changes on the extension side, the latest was 22 days ago and the filter is available. Try to disable other extensions, I suspect you have a conflict.
Edit: Maybe you hide the groups, or is the block completely missed? Please check the screenshot https://share.cleanshot.com/N5q7lcgW - Rated 5 out of 5by Firefox user 13113732, a month ago

posted a month agoThanks so much! So glad PocketTube has been helpful to you, and really appreciate this awesome feedback!- Rated 1 out of 5by Seckie, a month agoMost of the features are under the expensive paywall. The interface is cluttered with locked features, and the ways it's kind of shoving in your face to subscribe to their Patreon is annoying. At least make a version without all the useless locked stuff.
I recommend just using firefox containers and separate youtube accounts as a much better alternative.Developer response
posted a month agoIt's not true. The most features are free as you can see in our tutorial. If you want to use our extended features, you should become a patron. It takes time to update the extension every time YouTube changes internally.
Furthermore, the decision to keep some features for the Patreon version of PocketTube was made to ensure the long-term feasibility of the free version. - Rated 5 out of 5by Firefox user 18433065, 2 months ago

Can't give more than 3 stars because of subscription model. I have no issues with the dev collecting money to keep the plugin up to date, but the wording makes it seem like you have the option to donate, instead of it being a subscription, which is predatory.Developer response
posted 2 months agoWhat? You can see everywhere that it's a monthly/yearly subscription with a list of additional features.

- Rated 5 out of 5by Firefox user 17289459, 2 months agoOnce you get used to navigating all the options, it is very convenient. The developer responds quickly. I had a problem on the main subscription page. Filters at the top of the main subscription page may have issues that are limited how YouTube provides data(slow load or repainting) when filtering on channels/groups that don't have many recent videos. The workaround for me was to leave the upper filter set to "All" (under "Show Filter" icon) and use the PocketTube left nav to filter by group/channel. If possible, I would suggest PocketTube display a warning instead of continuing to attempt to load videos.
