- Rated 4 out of 5by Jack, a year agoIt actually pretty good and do the job. Im happy with that. It is one of the plugin that on the list when I moving from browser to browser. The only thing is that youtube is getting a bit laggy obviously when running the plugin which I have 22 group and 112 channel in them. and the reaction is not instant enough, it will load like 1-2 second to get into a group

posted a year agoThank you for sharing! We're waiting for the YouTube page to be completely loaded, and then we can start the extension sidebar. It can take time, but it's already optimized enough, and we make it as fast as possible. - Rated 1 out of 5by Ha2-53, a year agoSeriously, stop making extensions have a paid subscription, it ruins it.
Developer response
posted a year agoThe basic groups for organizing subscriptions are completely free, if you want extended features you should become a patron. It takes time to update the extension every time YouTube changes internally.
Furthermore, the decision to keep some features for the Patreon version of PocketTube was made to ensure the long-term feasibility of the free version. - Rated 1 out of 5by omnihil, a year ago

- Rated 5 out of 5by Fiddleplum, 2 years agoThis is a great add on! I don't need all of the features (just basic grouping), so I'm glad it has a free version with the basic features. The interface is also super slick. Thank you for all of your hard work!

- Rated 5 out of 5by James, 2 years agoBest Youtube extension I've seen. This is such a useful tool to create folders for managing videos. Wish I had found this much sooner!
- Rated 1 out of 5by mrmc101, 2 years agofree version is useless as it only allows 1 subscription to be added to 1 group. that is literally useless. devs want you to pay 3 bucks a month for basic functionality.

posted 2 years agoWhat do you mean? It's a lie. You can create an unlimited group count and add any count of subscriptions to it on the free plan. It looks like you missing or mixed something - Rated 1 out of 5by Greg, 2 years agoThe price must be clearly stated at front! Using a Patreon-based paywall is deceptive, especially when your tutorial videos don't make it clear that they're promoting a paid version. It's appalling how you manipulate your audience. You could achieve much more if you were simply honest. Massive disappointment! Say no to subscription pay models!

posted 2 years agoAre serious? What is not honest here? Every tutorial has a showing Patreon tab where we show a list of paid features and prices, for example, the main tutorial: https://youtu.be/r4iX53Qg2sE?si=s6L9gpQPAB42c6P2&t=156 If you blame me please send any link where tutorial videos without showing paid features
And even more the base groups for organizing subscriptions are free and use more than 400K users across all browsers, if you want extended features to use it becomes my supporter on Patreon. It takes time to update the extension every time YouTube changes internally.
Furthermore, the decision to keep some features for the Patreon version of PocketTube was made to ensure the long-term feasibility of the free version.
