While this has nothing to do with 1Password X extension, it is still very odd. The “Delete Account” process doesn’t require your Master Password because often people use it when they don’t remember their password.
Did you initiate the process yourself? Or did that email came out of the blue? In any case, send us an email to support@1password.com and we’ll try to help you out with this. - by Douglas, 2 months agoRated 5 out of 5

- by Andi, 3 months agoRated 1 out of 5Since the last update I'm not able to use the touch id in my MabBook. How is it possible?
Developer response
posted 3 months agoHey Andi,
1Password X doesn’t currently offer Touch ID unlock (but it will in the future).
It sounds like you might have been using our old companion extension, and not 1Password X. If that is the case, you can disable/remove 1Password X from your browser and install the old companion extension from here: https://1password.com/browsers/ - by Firefox user 16461100, 3 months agoRated 4 out of 5Works great, but the company's been promising Fingerprint auth on the "X" version for a while yet there's still no trace of it.
Developer response
posted 3 months agoHey there!
We are indeed working on integrating 1Password X with the our 1Password desktop apps, which will allow Touch ID support.
This is a bit more complicated than expected, but our end goal is to allow 1Password X to integrate on all platforms (not just Mac) and this will require overcoming a lot of technical barriers.
Thanks for the support and the kind words.
