Loved it before the UI update. Now it looks better but won't save passwords. You had one job...

I've been using Last Pass for over 10 years and in this time is been getting progressively worse.
The last stunt is amazing, cause they kept trying to push me towards the paid version they kept locking me out of my account, the last time I reset my password I wrote it down in a note just to make sure I had the right password and lo and behold they lock me out again and my password is "incorrect" this is Bullshit of the highest magnitude. Don't waste your time or money in this thing.

It is fine but complicate to use

如果收费，你就明说，不让用也明说，至少给个通知吧，啥通知也没有，就正确密码不让登陆了，然后骗你去找回密码，然后说你是机器人，死循环。这种作恶的公司，实在无法无天。存了好久的密码，莫名其妙的不让用了，备份导出的机会都不给，可恶又可恨。
还在各种找回密码的，不要折腾了，这恶心的公司，后台恶意的设置，根本不会让你登录的。放弃吧，瞎了眼了。#LastPass登录不了##LastPass找回密码#

The recent update has massively improved the UI/UX of the extension which is great. Unfortunately it now often bugs out. Sometimes the extension stops showing logins for all sites, the vault stops working properly (buttons do nothing) and the only thing that seems to fix it is reinstalling. this has been going on intermittedly ever since the UI update a few months/weeks ago. Very unfortunate that QA is so lacking from lastpass.
EDIT: I reached out to lastpass support and they were able to help me resolve the issue. I have updated my rating to 4 stars because this issue should not occur in the first place.

I have to use this for work and it's by far the worst, clunkiest and often times straight up dysfunctional password manager I ever had the displeasure to use. Stay far away from this if you can.

messy, buggy, and have a lot of issues. Nobody at work seems to like it, some tries to go along with it and some are using workarounds since we are forced to use it at work.

I pay for this and since it updated the extension is garbage. I have a password manager with my Bitdefender, think i'll use that and cancel Lastpass...
