The only issues I had with NordVPN (unable to login on some website, or unable to make a online payment) were resolved disabling the Enhanced Tracking Protection in FireFox and DuckDuckGo Privacy Essentials. Technical support is available 24/7/365 and are immediately available to chat with you. I'm a customer since 2017 and I keep going with them.

I must make it absolutely clear that since the event began and to the present I have NOT had a single issue successfully connecting to ANY of the NordVPN servers in Ukraine. This is a FACT!

When I start my browser it takes a few seconds for the VPN to connect, after that everything works fine. Some speed tests have shown that my download doesn't change much, but the upload is currently three times as big with VPN as without (according to the contract it should always be as high as with the VPN).

Half a year ago, this service started having massive problems in Ukraine, NordVPN stopped connecting with all servers in Ukraine! I contacted support for a refund in a 30-day period, but support spent several days by the nose and only on the 31st day recognized the problem of the service in Ukraine, but they refused to return money the long term subscription, because 30 days had passed. The other day, the service partially resumed work in Ukraine, I contacted support to recalculate the subscription and add a few months to the subscription, but support refused this request. This is the most fraudulent service, do not pay them money! Once you pay, you become a hostage! NordVPN is a scam company!
