And there's good reason for that. This is one of the better, even 'premium', VPNs out there. And yes, their service is fast. But it comes with several pains. This Firefox extension is pathetic. At it's best, it asks you to keep logging in, fails often, fails to load pages often, and the window is distorted (it keeps getting elongated!). At it's worst, well, it crashes and takes Firefox along with it.
It should be clear by now that this is not an isolated incident - something that can be resolved by customer service. This is an issue from the development of the extension - which needs to be sorted.
The Windows app (and phone apps) work well, but they're pretty heavy and battery hungry. So I wish this browser extension would 'just work' - but it doesn't.Hello. When you log in again ("USE YOUR NORD ACCOUNT FOR ALL SERVICES!") it tells you you've logged in. . . and doesn't work. You have to log in again. And it STILL doesn't work, you can't connect. Restart a few more times and it doesn't even display the "log in" message anymore, just shows a forever moving "wait" animation. Disabling and enabling doesn't work, you have to uninstall it, and then you can log in again... SOMETIMES. And even if you do log in, it will still log you out when you close the browser, and will stop working. Unimaginable, subcompetent trash. Its development should be passed over to a concrete lawn ornament depicting a lobotomized roach, who would be twenty times more competent and forty times more intelligent than the "programmer" of this is.Hello. Everything works only a single time once you uninstall/reinstall the extension. But once you log in and make your selections, it reverts to its broken state the next time you start the Firefox browser.
