posted 6 years agoWhen you adjust the zoom level using the buttons and dropdown in the toolbar button popup, the user-defined zoom levels will always be applied.
When you adjust the zoom level using the Ctrl+- and Ctrl++ keyboard shortcuts, the user-defined zoom levels will be applied if the page contents are focused, but the Firefox default zoom levels will be applied if the page contents are not focused. It is not possible to change this behaviour.
It would be possible to have separate keyboard shortcuts (e.g. Ctrl+Shift+< and Ctrl+Shift+>) that would always apply the user-defined zoom levels, but this might be confusing for users. Any thoughts?

- Rated 3 out of 5by Terry Reinhart, 3 months agoThe thing I enjoy,
When I go to an image it is fit to the page. Basically the one thing I use the app for.
The thing I hate,
When I have the browser set to full screen, my navigation bar won't drop down. I have to either press F11 or close firefox completely, which is very frustrating.
I am a photographer and I have the canon 90D, so I work with very high resolution images, all the time. If not mine, its others. Having the images fit to screen is so very convenient...
I know it is this app because all I have to do is disable the app for the full page option to work perfectly and I have my drop down menu....
It drives me nuts... - Rated 5 out of 5by Firefox user 13950413, 3 months ago
