And something very simple, why not add your aliases directly to the window of the extension instead of making you open a whole new tab? So you can save a couple of clicks!
This does serve its purpose though, it is nice and handy.

You can only forward emails to one address, meaning it's impossible to use this service to relay emails to, say, a professional and personal account. The domain is also seemingly broken. I paid for a custom domain, but can't find a way to actually incorporate it into the relay address. There are no settings, and nonexistant support.
