- Rated 4 out of 5by Tambukey, 5 years agoTo all who find the app stopped working, you have to fully remove it from Firefox then reinstall. I was able to get it to work. You will know it is working by either going to their main website or if your subscription renewal date is correct.
- Rated 1 out of 5by PolishedBadger, 5 years agoThis worked pretty well until Firefox released an upgrade, now the app just opens its window to reveal absolutely nothing, a blank and useless interface with no way to connect to the PIA servers.

- Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 13315278, 5 years agoNot working. Switching my VPN provider I've had enough.
- Rated 1 out of 5by Kes, 5 years agoHas been broken for the last 3 weeks at least, which is a nuisance. Much worse however is the fact that it doesn't tell you it's not working. It lies to you and says everything's working fine, even while it's broken. PIA themselves have said little beyond admitting the fault and have given no ETA for when it will be fixed.

- Rated 5 out of 5by Dime, 5 years agoПревосходно работает в Chrome и Opera. В Firefox не работает. Клиент для Windows 7/10 превосходно работает.
- Rated 1 out of 5by jellywx, 5 years agoNo longer works unfortunately. Sits on 'connecting' forever. If it claims it has connected, a simple search for 'whats my ip' quickly shows that it hasnt
- Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 14012026, 5 years agoUpdate 3 4/6/21 This addon breaks all the time and it takes months for pia to fix anything, it's mandatory to have 3 or more different back up browsers and 2 os, if you want any kind of usage out of pia's service. Don't bother asking for help on their reddit they delete posts to keep the negative pr at bay. quite often. For one of the most popular VPN services this one is a total miss.
- Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 14886314, 5 years agoDoesent work with FF 71.0 64 bit
Have been working very good until now
so if no fiks soon maybe its time to change provider - Rated 1 out of 5by Global_Saffer, 5 years agoStopped working, and gave me the excuse I needed to get away from PIA. Jump onto the reddit forum and learn about who they have become, and how they now do business. They should not be trusted with your private data.

- Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 15472299, 5 years agoWorked until a couple of days ago, now it's actually causing problems with my browsing and had to be disabled.
- Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 13623553, 5 years agoSadly this extension does not work in Firefox Developer mode. The bad thing about this is that it fails silently. It shows a green icon but the VPN is not connected. Even tough you think you're safe, you're not. I already contacted the support but they only told me to use the desktop app. I always loved the extension because it was very convenient always being in a VPN while browsing w/o having to configure anything.

- Rated 3 out of 5by Firefox user, 5 years agoIt's an OK, add-on. It has some basic flaws that prevent me from wanting to use it. Whenever you setup a bypass rules in the settings for a certain site, you need to restart the browser before it takes affect. Also, it seems to get different servers than the desktop version of the app. Sometimes with different speeds. Also the app forces you to choose custom "content blocking" within Firefox's settings; rather than allowing you to choose something else.
If the devs can make it quicker to adjust to bypass rules in the settings, I would definitely be willing to change the review.
