Used to work great, but since last update the slow down makes browsing with it a chore, I just turn it off, doesn't exactly inspires me to renew the vpn.

1. Long technical support answers (12-24 hours), formal answers, asking for things that have already been answered earlier.
2. This is not a free application, but any payment automatically makes a subscription to you, it is not written anywhere except Help Center, it also says that a return is possible only for the first payment, the rest is not returned if they are not forced by law.
3. VPN program automatically install 2 more programs with self, one of them consumes traffic, when VPN does not work, removal does not help, the VPN program will restore them ...
