posted 3 months ago - Rated 1 out of 5The Firefox plugin slowed my internet speed down by over 90%. And I could not eclipse triple digit (mbps) download speed on a gig plan.
I did everything that was suggested. Disabling HTTPS only mode, turning off DNS, and turning down my level of protection in terms of tracking protection. Same thing. Threat protection seems more like a gimmick than an actual feature for the extension.
I cannot even connect to a Speedtest because of a 'socket' connection despite being able to identify a server.
I am not sure what's going on, but I am not certain I'm going to stick around to find out if they fixed it.Developer response
