- by PixelPixie, a year agoRated 4 out of 5This is a an easy to use tool for nearly complete customisation and it's well worth it. The only thing that could've made this better is a larger file size limit for background pictures (so i could toss literally anything on it lol). Windows Paint is enough to make a fun background to add to the colors though, and the files are small enough that I haven't had any trouble.
