- von Le Roux Jacques, vor 24 TagenBewertet mit 1 von 5 SternenI use Win7, Firefox 56.0.2 64 bits (please don't ask why). I must say that I use Dark reader for a long time and was quite happy (5 stars) until Version 4.9.35.
The (latest) version (126.96.36.199) does not work either on Win7+Firefox 56.0.2 64 bits (sorry I need this config). It displays "loading in progress ..." (or something like that) and that's it.
Uninstalled and replaced by the previous version (4.9.34) (thanks to https://addons.mozilla.org/fr/firefox/addon/darkreader/versions/) works. Except that on the next load the automatic extensions update replaces it by the (last ) version. For now I have removed the automatic extensions update, not a big deal, rare are the extensions that update w/ my config ;)
- von Eddy , vor 25 TagenBewertet mit 5 von 5 SternenReally nice extension and has worked just fine until the latest update. For some reason Alt+Shift+A and Alt+Shift+D do not toggle the extension any more. I assume this is a temporary glitch and that it will probably be sorted out soon, but I'm leaving this message here so that others who experience the same thing will know that it's not just their machine and that it appears to be universal.
- von Firefox-Benutzer 17031243, vor einem MonatBewertet mit 2 von 5 SternenI have two problems with Dark Reader. (1) When I change to a new tab or new content for a tab I typically get a bright white initial display before Dark Reader kicks in to style the new content, completely dazzling my dark-adapted eyes and obviating the point of the extension and (2) Critical content is often unreadable using Dark Reader. I'm guessing that the first problem is not easy to address given the self-imposed limitations of FF's new extension mechanism!
