Link Hound helps users spot suspicious links before clicking.

It checks links on the current webpage for common warning signs, including visible link text that does not match the real destination, URL shorteners, IP address links, punycode style domains, and possible brand impersonation.

This version runs locally in the browser. It does not use a server, does not require an account, and does not collect browsing history, page contents, passwords, or personal information.

This tool is meant to help identify suspicious link patterns. It does not guarantee that a link is safe or unsafe.
