The name is just shorthand for the description of this Firefox theme. Kubuntu is a "flavor" of Ubuntu operating system (Linux), with Plasma desktop environment. Kubuntu is also the name of the Plasma theme (appearance setting, "style") that this Firefox theme is trying to follow. But such a "style" is just a sub-part of a theme on a Plasma desktop, Breeze being the default "global" theme etc.
