GlideVideo makes mobile web video actually usable. Control playback, volume, brightness, and zoom with natural touch gestures

• Double-Tap (Left / Right): Skip backward or forward (10s, 20s, 30s...).
• Swipe Sideways: Precision seek with a live timestamp HUD preview.
• Swipe Vertical (Right half): Volume adjustment rail.
• Swipe Vertical (Left half): Brightness adjustment rail.
• Press & Hold: Instant 2× speed boost while held; release to restore previous rate.
• Pinch-to-Zoom: Smooth zoom & pan, snapping to 50% / 100% / 125% / 150% / 200% / 300%.

In portrait mode, vertical swipes are seamlessly handed back to the webpage so feeds still scroll naturally. Edge gestures within 18px of the screen margin are ignored to avoid browser back-swipe collisions.

• Speed Stepper: Adjust playback speed in 0.10× steps (or long-press to fine-tune by 0.05×). Tap the number to play/pause, long-press to reset to 1.00×.
• Minimal Speed FAB: Optional compact single-tap speed badge for a clean screen.
• Scrubber: Interactive progress bar showing buffered ranges and timestamp preview.
• Aspect Ratio & Rotation: Cycle Fit → Fill → Stretch, or long-press to rotate 90° to fill landscape screens.
• Gesture Lock: Lock touch inputs to prevent accidental palm touches during playback.
• Picture-in-Picture: Built-in PiP toggle where supported by the browser.

• Halo (Default): Crisp, translucent dark HUD outline that never tints video colors.

GlideVideo runs entirely client-side in your browser:
