Adds a tile server setting. If your IP address is blocked by one map server, pick another; all of them draw the same OpenStreetMap data. It would be fix 404 error.

Fixes the map tiles not loading after install. Requests to the tile server now carry the identification its usage policy requires, and if tiles are unavailable the map says so instead of filling up with blocked tiles.

Fake location per site, with a matching time zone and language. Three modes:
a fixed point, a random point inside a privacy zone, or moving along a route.
Per site rules, presets, a schedule, and a log of every location handed out.

Your IP does not change. This is not a VPN.
