Test theme ავტორი iMatt.co.tv

This is a test theme. I have no idea why, but firefox isnt smart enough to notice that I am a windows 7 user, it does not explain how to test themes offline, it gives me instructions for a Mac OS...... This is ridiculous if you ask me.. I checkeed all settings, googled all relative solutions and I found nothing at all.
