Tab Group Keybindings ავტორი gautetr

Adds the following keybindings:

• Create new descendant tab. Works with Smart Tab Groups.
• Create new descendant tab, and create a new tab group if none exists.
• Break active tab out of current tab group.
• Toggle collapsed state of active tab group.
