Allows LibreJS users to register DMCA claim contacts at the DMCA registry.
It's very small script that fixes the form on pay.gov that you have to fill out in order to pay the obligatory $6.00 fee they charge you to register your DMCA claim contacts.
This add-on assumes that you are running LibreJS and was tested on a compatible version of Firefox.
