Legacy WebExtension version for Thunderbird 68 and higher.
No functionality has been added or removed, except the removal of the info tab in the settings dialog.

- Chinese Simplified (zh-CN) added, thanks to yfdyh000 (Babelzilla.org).
- German (de) translation added, thanks Mauri (from BabelZilla.org).
- Added compatibility with Thunderbird 59+.
- No more using only kB as unit for used and available server space. now the correct unit is automatically chosen.
- All locales updated.
