This does that, however the "what to do when file already exist" only gave me options to replace or rename. No options to "ask me what to do" or "don't download".
Actually I don't even know if the queue worked. I set simultaneous download on specific domain to only 1 at a time but it still downloaded all of the image at once. Like 4 of them.

Works a charm the filter for hyperlink text (not just the link itself) is perfect. I was able to download a huge backlog of images I had from a website starting with P (wait no, not that one)
As a note, this app won't give you the ability to download anything you couldn't normally. A lot of 1 star reviews are complaining that it doesn't let you download videos on various sites like YT.
