Pretty good but I face a bug Rated 3 out of 5 stars

Great addon, does everything it says it'll do and does it well. I have used it for years now. Would have given it 5 stars, except...
... except I have faced a bug for the longest of time that I only recently pinned down to this addon. The bug is a problem only with HTML5 so usually I use Flash Player except now I'm tired of using Flash.

I love the addon but I have had to uninstall it as it seems to force videos (esp HTML5, rarely with Flash, never with Silverlight) out of fullscreen mode.
For example, I start an HTML5 video and fullscreen it, randomly it'll exit fullscreen. I fullscreen it again, again, it exits fullscreen after sometime.
This happens across websites and incl. embedded videos. If you could fix this, that would be great. I use Firefox. If you want more info, email me.

ONE PROBLEM ON YOUTUBE FOR THE AUTO-P.LAY. Rated 5 out of 5 stars

The autoplay functions well that is, if you do not select "Video will autoplay when player loads", then when you get to a youtube page, the video does not start automatically.
There is one exception (a bug for this addon), it is the video that is on a subscription page that does automatically start despite the way I have setup this addon with the option above not enabled.

More I also have the autoplay button that is next to the video on a youtube page off. So, I have this autoplay function not enabled both with this addon and with youtube and yet I still see the video automatically starting on subscription pages.
Ex: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCDMnCGlkv4gyFGZo_ZT3atg
https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCFtEEv80fQVKkD4h1PF-Xqw
and other subscription pages.

Many thanks for this addon, it is excellent and very useful to me.

Not really ok Rated 2 out of 5 stars

Not really comfortable:

1) Half of the times I open a YouTube video, my predefined resolution of 720p is not selected by default, nor it is manually selectable, as it is grayed out from the resolutions list accessible by the "gear" icon. I have to reload the page for this add-on to select the correct resolution.

2) Opens a pop-up toward the dev's website way to frequently, to promote their other add-ons and ask for money.

lots of bugs as of late Rated 3 out of 5 stars

Since the last update it stops going to 1080p, set it to 1080p, yet the quality is still at default low resolution.

!!!Рабочий костыль против возникающих проблем с html5 плеером. Rated 4 out of 5 stars

4. вводим имя настройки 'general.useragent.override' без кавычек! ---> Ok!
5. вводим значение "Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.3; WOW64; rv:32.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/32.0" без кавычек! --> Ok!

disable html5 player:
--> about:config --> add 'general.useragent.override' option --> add string: 'Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.3; WOW64; rv:32.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/32.0'

Constantly Opens Popups to programmers website Rated 1 out of 5 stars

Stop opening your stupid website every time it updates. Which is at least once a week. Do you have any consideration for the actual user? Programmers never cease to surprise me how oblivious they are.

Rated 3 out of 5 stars

As much as I'd like to rate this more positive this add-on still does not work properly with HTML5, now in Firefox 37.0.2 or Firefox Developer Edition 39.0a2 (2015-05-01), after I tried it some months ago and encountered the very similar problems back then.

In Firefox the video page opens, then reloads, the reloaded page is automatically set to 1080p, expanded and auto-play off (manually set via this add-on) yet the quality is at default low resolution, the video stops only after about a second in and not at the very beginning and the video does not auto-scale to the whole player window. In the Developer Edition, that I currently mainly use, these problems occur as well except for the auto-scaling. These problems are only fixed by manually setting the resolution and time, making this add-on worthless for me.

The last time I tested this add-on months ago with HTML5 on Firefox (I think 32 or 33) the same problems occurred as with the Developer Edition now, so essentially the experience got worse for me in the standard browser version. I do appreciate that this add-on does not require a restart of the browser however, makes testing it very easy.

The only functions that actually work and that I really appreciate are the auto-expand for the video player and video description (and the annotations-off feature that I don't use) for which this add-on gets three stars... which is probably more than it should get in this state. Unfortunately this has to stay that way until this add-on is fixed and I get to take a look at it again.

Almost good Rated 3 out of 5 stars

It would be a good add-on but at every add-on update it opens it's homepage. Today it happened again while watching YouTube and it's opened it in the same tab what I was watching.
