Adds streamer hiding, hidden-streamer management, configurable directory batch sizes, and improved filter stability. The TagVision tag window can now be collapsed, docked, completely hidden, and restored from the extension toolbar popup. Existing multi-tag include/exclude filtering, one-column browsing, and full stream titles remain unchanged.

new defaults load 50, 100, 300 instead of 30 at a time.
