Why make another outline sidebar? Fair question; the extension store is flooded with these things. I made this because I wanted something that:
Is designed for everyday use, not for development.
Sticks as close as possible to the HTML outline algorithm while remaining usable.
Displays inside a true browser sidebar; not a popover mounted to a toolbar button, and not inside the page where the page's scripts and styles can see and accidentally interfere with it.
