Hide Gambling Content bởi quarkonrails

Hides gambling videos, live streams, Shorts and channels on YouTube: casino and slot streams, betting tips and operator promotions. Uses keyword lists in 9 languages and a channel blocklist. Everything runs in your browser, with no tracking.

What it does
• Hides matching videos in the home feed, search results, suggestions, channel pages, Shorts shelves and end screens.
• Skips gambling Shorts while you scroll, and covers a gambling video you open with a black screen. A small "Show" button lets you watch it anyway.
• Sees through tricks like 𝐂𝐀𝐒𝐈𝐍𝐎, accents and hidden characters.
• Your own blocklist and never-hide list; block the channel you are watching straight from the toolbar popup.
• Suggests channels whose videos keep getting caught. Nothing is blocked without your click.
• Your own keywords, a "Try a title" checker, and import/export to move your lists between browsers.

Reaching your phone
Hiding only works in this browser. So when you block a channel, the extension also tells your YouTube account "Don't recommend channel" the next time one of its videos shows up in your home feed. With "Tell YouTube too" switched on (off by default), it does the same for what it hides on its own, sending "Not interested" for single videos. The YouTube app on your phone then recommends less of it. This only works while you are signed in to YouTube, happens at most 30 times a day, and everything sent is listed in Settings.

Languages: English, Czech, Slovak, German, Polish, Russian, Spanish, Portuguese and Turkish, plus operator and slot-game names in any language.

Privacy: the extension only talks to YouTube itself, to look up who posted a Short and to send the reports above. No other servers, no analytics, nothing is sent to the developer.

The YouTube mobile apps cannot run extensions. Firefox for Android works on m.youtube.com, with best-effort support.
