Sema AI converts raw AI chat logs into structured SOAP notes, strips PHI, and uses patient location to dispatch clinical summaries to nearby doctors—preventing AI misdiagnosis and ensuring safe human review.

Sema AI acts as a safety bridge between patients using open-source health chatbots and real medical care.

Key features include:

Safety & Anonymization: Flags unsafe or hallucinated self-diagnoses and isolates personal data.

Clinical Structuring: Automatically formats chat history into concise, doctor-ready medical records.

Location-Based Dispatch: Uses real-time patient coordinates to locate verified nearby physicians, clinics, or urgent care facilities.

Direct Provider Routing: Sends the structured note directly to local doctors for quick human review, correcting AI misguidance before patients take unverified medical action.
