Your coding workspace, on the website you are using.

AgentOnWeb brings the native DeepSeek Harness (DSH) workspace into ordinary web pages. Keep conversations, models, tools, approvals, sessions and plugins in their familiar interface while watching a video or reading documentation.

Chill: a translucent workspace with adjustable opacity.
Focus: an opaque workspace for concentrated work.
Watch: a compact dock that keeps the website interactive.
Double-tap Option/Alt in Chill to switch interaction between your workspace and the website. Changing modes keeps your session running.

Firefox setup (Firefox 140+, Node.js 22.19+):
1. npm install -g @deepseek-ai/dsh@latest
2. Configure your model-provider credentials in DSH. Provider charges may apply.
3. dsh plugin --profile web add @agentonweb/dsh-surface@0.4.0
4. Start DSH with dsh web.
5. Open AgentOnWeb on a normal website, expand the dock, click +, choose DeepSeek Harness, and approve Allow connection in DSH.
Restart DSH after plugin upgrades. Revoke access in DSH Settings > AgentOnWeb.

New in 0.4.0: runtime reconnection and independent browser-tab state. The matching Local terminal host adds Pi notifications alongside Codex and Claude Code, CLI detection during setup, and keyboard-only mode switching from terminal input. Focus moves input to the terminal, Chill preserves focus, and Watch restores website input. Update the extension and terminal host together. Automatic terminal setup and live CLI acceptance cover macOS + Chrome; Firefox users should use the DSH workflow above.

DSH, Codex, Claude Code and Pi are installed separately. No model subscription is included. Protected browser pages cannot host the workspace.
