SMT Time Flow is a lightweight browser-based timer that connects directly to the SMT Time Flow time-tracking platform used by Social Movement Technologies.

- Authenticates securely using your existing SMT Time Flow login — no separate account needed

How it works:
The extension reads your authenticated session from the SMT Time Flow web app (smt-time-flow.base44.app) and uses it to communicate with the SMT Time Flow API. All data stays between your browser and the SMT Time Flow servers — no third-party services are involved.

- Must be logged in at https://smt-time-flow.base44.app
