Google Forms Autofill lets you save answers to Google Form questions and fill them in automatically with a single click.

How to use:

Open the extension popup and enter a question keyword and its answer, then click Save.
Navigate to a Google Form.
Click "Fill Form" to automatically populate the matched fields.
No data is collected or transmitted. All mappings are stored locally in your browser using the storage API.
