Gace AI is a browser extension that bridges your browser with the https://gace.dev — an AI chat interface where users can build and run TypeScript plugins powered by large language models.

What it does:
- Maintains a persistent, authenticated connection to your Gace AI workspace
- Allows AI tools (plugins you install in Gace) to interact with real web pages: reading content, clicking elements, filling forms, and navigating tabs
- Executes plugin code locally inside a QuickJS WebAssembly sandbox — your tool code never runs outside a secure, isolated environment

How it works:
When an AI tool needs to interact with a page, the extension relays DOM operations to the active tab via a content script. All communication goes exclusively to gace.dev over an authenticated WebSocket. No page data is sent to any third party.
