DeGoogle's diagnostic DeGoogled tag gives a convenient visual cue to whether or not the add-on is functioning correctly. If the DeGoogled status indicator does not appear in the top left corner of google.com search pages, then refreshing your browser and/or clearing its cache should allow DeGoogle to return to correct functioning. If, after taking those corrective measures, DeGoogle still does not appear to have successfully DeGoogled google.com search pages, I'd be thrilled to look into it for you. Please shoot me a private message at my Reddit inbox.
