- Rated 3 out of 5by Allen, 6 months agoThe rewards are nice, and occasionally it finds a better price at another site when I am shopping on Amazon, but I am beginning to seriously dislike the automatic application of coupons on some sites. On more than one occasion, it has replaced a coupon code that I had entered with another code that was not as good and made it difficult to use the code I wanted. It would be much better if the codes could be offered to the user without automatically applying them.

- Rated 3 out of 5by Jim Shott, a year agoNot sure about this site. I tried once and, yes, a lower price was indicated. BUT I would have had to pay full price and get some kind of coupon to use for something I didn't care for. I'm sorry I'm so vague, but it was several years ago and my brain is tired and retired.

- Rated 3 out of 5by Gemini62167, 2 years agoAggravating nuisance. As much as I would like to use this thing, it is more annoying and rarely worth my time and patience.
It pops up continuously, even after clicking it away. Barely three seconds pass and it pops up again - over and over. When you are trying to read about a product, you don't want a large block of print from some poorly executed extension continuously getting in your way!
It's footprint is large, you cannot see behind it, and there does not seem a way to control how or when this pops up. And if there is one, then it is hidden from easy access. That and its occasional problem with asking me to sign in, only to say that my account doesn't exist, or worse... hang. Because of this happening the fist time, I hadn't realized what was going on, so I inadvertently created a second account, thus there are now two different accounts accruing credits instead of just one. It all depends on which account will allow me to sign in that day.
I am not about to chase after, or spend time trying to get help to correct this. Either an extension works the way it should when released, or away it goes. - Rated 3 out of 5by Firefox user 14782987, 5 years agoI like wikibuy and have used it for price comparisons, guidance and whatnot. However, I would have given a 4-star+; the problem is that over that last couple of months wikibuy doesn't appear on sites like Best Buy and many others. In this arena, there are many sites that seem to have "blocked" the ability to use it. I whitelisted wikibuy, bestbuy, lowes, etc. It worked with Best Buy with the whitelisting...then it didn't. It was a temporary fix that no longer works in tandem with the sites I visit. That's not to say it's not beneficial, but at this point I have to go the wikibuy site and manually add items (using product numbers) to my 'watchlist'. Working in IT, it's surely not wikibuy's inherent issue...it's that it must be being blocked in this technology-ridiculous world.
