- Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 13077857, 4 months agoThe add-on once worked fine, but now every attempted connection to nitter.net results in this: "Did Not Connect: Potential Security Issue. Firefox detected an issue and did not continue to nitter.net. The web site is either misconfigured or your computer clock is set to the wrong time. It’s likely the web site’s certificate is expired, which prevents Firefox from connecting securely."
The solution (apart from fixing nitter.net) would be to offer several OTHER pathways to Nitter. TRhere are plenty of others. - Rated 4 out of 5by Firefox user 15094302, 7 months ago

- Rated 4 out of 5by takya, a year agoI'm connecting to self-hosted nitter with docker, but when I redirect from video.twimg.com, I'm redirected to https://nitter.mydomain.com/gif/ and it says Page not found.
Change /gif/ to /pic/ to play.

- Rated 5 out of 5by Firefox user 17199153, 2 years agoWhen somebody links me to some Twitter thread, reading it on a Nitter instance is so, so much more pleasant than the official Twitter web site. Even better, I've configured the extension to use https://twitit.gq which automatically redirects to a tested and working Nitter instance.
