My review saying how versions 3+ are causing lag and memory leaks was deleted by the devs. Not only do they not want to acknowledge and fix the problems but they are censoring reviews so other people can't know about it. What happen to this addon? It used to work perfectly but now it's turned to garbage and the authors behind it don't give a damn and want to keep people oblivious about it. There are no alternative addons to this either. They're all outdated. We are screwed.

Memory leak with 3.2, but not with version 3.1 .

3.2 version sucks, many bugs so stay on 3.1 version if you can and all yours scripts works. I hope the creators will wake up soon to give us a new clean version.

Best product Greasemonkey ver.2.3.1 Rated 1 out of 5 stars

v.2.3.1 Good, 5 Stars.

v.3.2 Bad Bad Bad!!!, 1 Star.

Slows down Firefox until it's unusable. Rated 1 out of 5 stars

With Greasemonkey enabled, memory doubles, and there's often a 1-2 second delay before scrolling works. Everything lags greatly with it enabled, but everything is perfectly fine with it disabled.

It's a shame, because it's the only actively updated userscript extension for firefox now, but I have to sacrifice it due to the memory leaks and terrible performance. The devs don't seem too interested in fixing it, they replied with distrust and disbelief when this problem was reported on their forums.

Bloat King!!! Rated 2 out of 5 stars

If ever you guys notice how sluggish your firefox/any firefox fork browser has become. Don't instantly blame the browser but the extensions/plugins you have installed on it, first thing to do is start in safemode/disable all extensions/plugins then enable/check them 1 by 1 to isolate the cause of the bloat which I have performed when my browser(my pc is i7,16gbRAM) suddenly become sluggish/sloppy after a 30min or so browsing my favorite/most visited sites/email. It was like eating more than 8gb or more(half of the total ram) and HIGH CPU usage/cycles which is uncommon for a firefox browser(if no extensions/plugins) while it is with chrome(w/c I dropped due to that). So I did those steps of isolating the extensions/plugins to pinpoint the cause which is Greasemonkey(that I have just updated frome 2.x.x). I have like only 5 most commonly used scripts enabled. Adkiller,Adsby,Antiad, etc. yet whenever I visit a website firefox runs in full throttle and as time goes by ram usage suddenly goes beyond comprehension. I don't know what they did with the 3.x.x version that made it bloated so much so I returned to the more stable and probably won't update anytime soon to 2.x.x w/c I suggest to those who want to use Greasemonkey.

Pretty serious memory leak. Firefox becomes sluggish every 15 minutes or so and have to restart to get it back to normal.

Memory Whore!! Rated 1 out of 5 stars

Glad my system has 16gb of Ram, I'll need 8 of it for Greasemonkey.

Back to 2.3 Rated 1 out of 5 stars

Everyone should switch back to the old version 2.3

The 3.x is one giant memory leaking piece of garbage.

One of the Best add-ons ever. Rated 5 out of 5 stars

GreaseMonkey is one of my favorite add-ons. Powerful, Stable and funtionable. Go through it, you may easily get millions of functions on website. Especially it's user friendly, clearly GUI makes things easier. After install this add-ons, all you needs is nothing but add scripts from https://greasyfork.org/ and browers may work flawlessly.
