It's okay. Not really a user-friendly replacement for downthemall/flashgot/whatever, but if you can use search to find how to convert downloaded media files to a usable format with FFMPEG, you can make things work.

I see quite a few negative comments. For me it just works fine. I am quite pleased witht this app.

Works most of the time for me.
Still a few sites it has trouble with, will DL multiple parts rather than a contiguous file.
Interface could use some work, not as intuitive as some of it's predecessors. Seems to be the source of the ranting, garment rending, hair pulling reviews.
Not a replacement for DTA but as a work in progress shows a lot of promise.

Splitting only the Audio part from a stream is very useful.

Can you please make an option "Stay on top" in popup window so that when clicking on the web pages I still be able to see Media Downloader popup window on top of the browser. I would also like to be able to integrate Internet Download Manager to Media Downloader popup window.

For me, a possible replacement for FlashGot, but not now.
You just need to add a naming mask with info from different tags.
In the table you need to make it possible to change the width of the columns.
I like that it does not filter all traffic in the background.
Some extensions can be intellectually replaced, for example x-flv / xflv -> FLV, etc.
