- Rated 3 out of 5by Domojestic, 2 months agoIt seems to work alright, if only lightening the memory load a little bit. The big issue is that it doesn't seem like it's in active development anymore; it's been 5 months since the last commit to the repo, and Firefox-specific version of this extension is a few years old now. It might be best to just ask Mozilla to implement this kind of functionality directly.

Il est alors impossible de retrouver l'onglet et de savoir ce qu'il y avait à la place de cette page vide. - Rated 3 out of 5by Firefox user 17686513, 2 years agoI suspect this extension is what's been slowing down Firefox for me and using a lot of my PC's memory to the point of severe lag - it's my only recent add-on and disabling it seems to have helped so far (fingers crossed). Good idea but the slow-down is very significant after a while for me at least.
- Rated 3 out of 5by Jeddostotle7, 2 years agoUsually pretty good, but for the past several months now I've been having an issue where sometimes, if I click on a tab that was discarded to open it, instead of loading the actual page it was on it instead just becomes an about:blank page. It doesn't happen too often, but often enough to be annoying and make me have to be more cautious than I'd like to have to be.
- Rated 3 out of 5by Firefox user 15318362, 2 years agoGreat add-on. However, the last few weeks I've noticed an error of some kind. Reawakened tabs will not be on the last page I was looking at, but rather the page ~30 min. before it auto discarded. This makes the add-on borderline unusable to me.

- Rated 3 out of 5by LLLLLLLllllllIIIIIiiii:::..|°|, 2 years agoIt works, but is not my preferred addon for tab unloading.
Why does it need permission to "Access your data for all websites"? - Rated 3 out of 5by Mhycoal, 3 years ago

- Rated 3 out of 5by TheoComm, 3 years agoMostly functional, however despite enabling the condition of "do not discard tab if playing media", it will discard tabs that are actively playing media
- Rated 3 out of 5by Fonzie!, 3 years agoIt works, has every setting you could think of and visually indicated inactive tabs. For some reason the add-on does take up quite a bit of resources as seen in about:performance. And it also needs every permission you could think of....
- Rated 3 out of 5by Firefox user 13541191, 4 years agoGood but lacks and important feature that "the great suspender" has, which is to Not Auto Load suspended tabs when you click on them, this makes the navigation so annoying since you have to be careful on which tab you click since it's gonna load !!!
