Roam Proxy stores your Roam API token and your proxy settings (product, country, IP mode) locally in the browser via the extension storage API. This data never leaves your browser except that your API token is sent to Roam's own service (member.roamproxy.com) to authenticate and fetch proxy credentials, which is required for the extension to function.
