ResourceSwap intercepts network requests for scripts, stylesheets, images,
fonts, XHR/fetch, and media, and redirects them to a URL of your choice (e.g.
your localhost dev server). Point a live production page at your in-progress
local build to debug and iterate against real data and real conditions.
