(1) FF ought to have a home button; it stinks that it does have one.
(2) This app does not work if your home page is a local file; this stinks too.

A recent update to Android &/or Firefox means "Home Button for FF" now goes to the Google search page.

When I eventually found the type-in for "Home URL:", it would not allow a local file. An URL starting "file:" gets changed to "http://file:"

After update to 2.2 and touching aadon button it is directing to Google.com not to home. Please check it.

The "update" on 3/26/2019 removed the ability to use a local home page. Ff should already have a home button, and shouldn't break the one that has to be added.

The first time I used this it turned all of my tabs into the homepage. 56 tabs lost forever. /Thanks for that/

I created an account just to rate this POS add on. For over a year and a half I couldn't figure out why my tabs were all changing to "about:blank" no matter how many open - all of them. I figured it out it was this POS home button. I had to uninstall and reinstall Firefox to remember - FF doesn't have a home button. The add on used to work but after some update it started malfunctioning. Don't install it. Also - why the hell doesn't FF have a home button anyway?

Works fine, but one question. When I go to the Premium Bonds site, the home icon turns into a down arrow with a pull down box option to add to the home page. Could you please let me know why and when this happens, as there doesn't seem to be any logic to it. I can't find any other sites that exhibit this behaviour. Thank you.

Does exactly what it says it does!

It doesn't allow "file://" URLs -- there is no way to make it stop prepending "http://" to everything, so I can't use it, because my home page is a local HTML file I made.

This addon does what the author says it does - it sends you to whatever website you specify for it to take you to. However, I don't want it to take me to an actual website. I am unable to specify to it that I want it to take me to ' about:blank' whenever I tap on it. Everytime I enter 'about:blank' in that addon's settings for the page that I want it to take me to, the addon wants to automatically add an 'http://' prefix before the 'about:blank' URL, making it not able to take me there. Is there a workaround I could do to get it to take me to the page I want it to take me to? Please respond. Thanks.

Just downloaded this add on. Loved it in the past hope it's still great

If you have multiple tabs open, using this add-on will change ALL THE TABS -- regardless of how many of them are open (10, 20, 50, 100, etc) -- to your home page... even if you're not viewing the other tabs!!!
