END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and Halil Kök ("Licensor," "we," "us") governing your use of the Nook browser extension ("Add-on"). By installing or using the Add-on, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Add-on.

1. License Grant
   Subject to the terms of the Mozilla Public License 2.0 (MPL-2.0) under which the Add-on's source code is distributed, the Licensor grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, royalty-free license to install and use the Add-on for personal or internal purposes. The source code license (MPL-2.0) governs your rights to copy, modify, and redistribute the source code itself; this Agreement governs your use of the Add-on as installed through the Mozilla Add-ons (AMO) platform.
2. No Warranty
   The Add-on is provided "AS IS," without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. The Licensor does not guarantee that the Add-on will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with every version of Firefox.
3. Limitation of Liability
   To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the Licensor be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the Add-on, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. This includes, without limitation, loss of notes or content stored by the Add-on.
4. Data and Storage
   The Add-on stores the notes you create locally on your device using the browser's built-in storage APIs. The Licensor does not operate any server that receives, stores, or processes your notes. See the accompanying Privacy Policy for full details.
5. User Responsibilities
   You are solely responsible for the content you create and store using the Add-on. You agree not to use the Add-on for any unlawful purpose or in a way that violates applicable laws or third-party rights.
6. Updates
   The Add-on may be updated from time to time through the Mozilla Add-ons platform to fix bugs, improve functionality, or maintain compatibility with Firefox. Continued use of the Add-on after an update constitutes acceptance of any changes to this Agreement, which will be reflected by a new "Last updated" date above.
7. Termination
   This Agreement is effective until terminated. You may terminate it at any time by uninstalling the Add-on. The Licensor reserves the right to discontinue the Add-on at any time.
8. Governing Law
   This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
