Page2Sheet turns the tables and lists on any web page into a clean spreadsheet. You don't write code or selectors, you don't need an account, and nothing leaves your browser.
HOW IT WORKS
1. Open a page with a table, search results, a product grid or any other list.
2. Click the Page2Sheet icon or press Alt+Shift+E. The data is detected automatically and highlighted on the page.
3. Adjust the columns if you want. Adding a column takes one click in the panel and one click on the page.
4. Open the preview, check your rows and export to Excel (.xlsx) or CSV.
FEATURES
• Automatic detection of tables and repeated lists. If the first guess isn't right, cycle to the next candidate or pick the list yourself.
• Click-to-select columns: add, rename, reorder, delete, and set each column's value type.
• Full preview in its own tab: edit cells, sort and filter, remove duplicates, undo and redo, and apply column transforms.
• Excel export with a bold frozen header, fitted column widths, clickable links, and real numbers and dates.
• CSV export in UTF-8 with a BOM, so accented characters open correctly in Excel.
• Multi-page collection: follow the "Next" button or infinite scroll, with Stop/Resume and an adjustable delay between pages.
• Saved recipes: Page2Sheet remembers your setup for a site. A dot on the icon shows that a recipe matches the page, and "Run & export" repeats the job in one click. Recipes can be imported and exported as JSON.
PRIVATE BY DESIGN
• Page2Sheet reads a page only after you click its icon on that page.
• Detection, extraction, the preview and file creation all happen locally in your browser.
• There are no servers, no analytics, no tracking and no sign-up.
• Collected rows are deleted automatically after 7 days.
FREE VERSION
Each run collects up to 10 pages or 1,000 rows. Pro, with longer runs, is coming soon.
RESPONSIBLE USE
Please respect the terms of the websites you export from. By default Page2Sheet waits 1.5 seconds between pages.
