I tried re-installing and resetting FireFox and the extension. I also emailed their support team, but haven't gotten a response for weeks.

You can right-click on any web page and select "FoxFilter Settings", which is the easiest route to take to sign in and change your preferences. We're not sure why the options/preferences screen is suddenly blank, with no changes to FoxFilter, but looking into this issue and awaiting a response from some members of the Mozilla team.
