- This thing is getting a lot of bad reviews due to the concept of "men benefit from misogyny" paired with "trans men are, in fact, men" causing them to hold systemic power over trans women despite both experiencing transphobia. The way that trans women experience both misogyny and transphobia yields the unique combination known as transmisogyny, basic intersectionality stuff, and this tool being used to mark transmisogynists who despite ostensibly being good on "trans issues" participate in transmisogynistic posting etc has gotten non-transfem people invested in their own perception of inculpability up in arms.

I've used the extension for many years, and have only found a handful of instances where it was obvious as a miss-flag, otherwise seemed pretty accurate. The creator does kinda suck though. Though I don't use Tumblr, so that might be why it's been fairly fine for me. I've heard that it can be pretty hit or miss there as people use it against each other.

Many of the people rating this as "five stars" claim transmisogyny and "review bombing."
It is not review bombing. Most, if not all, of the one-star reviews are valid concerns and I have witnessed the things the one-star reviews are talking about with my own eyes. The people giving out one star reviews are not being transmisogynist. The fact that my own sisters in the trans community will claim such of people actually having grievances and struggles of their own is a fact that disgusts me.
Most of the one-star reviews are discussing experiencing "transandrophobia," intersexism, and even racism at the hands of the developers of this extension. They speak of many people being completely, unfairly, and unjustly marked red, and I have seen this happening more and more often, and I find more and more people being marked green purely on the basis of being a trans woman.
This is actually a one-star review, but I wanted to put this here to challenge the people in the 5-star section having the disgusting gall to call our trans siblings "transmisogynist" for the mere fact that they are not trans women themselves.
And if one such reviewer is reading this...
Do better. I know you can. Fix your hearts. - Not something to follow religiously, but does a pretty decent job of letting you know when to take extra caution around certain accounts.
Unfortunately it's currently getting review-bombed becuase a very small number of tumblr transmasc/intersex people got flagged red after repeatedly saying anti-transfem things, and so have been trying to convince everyone the extension has an agenda against them all. I've found it to be pretty accurate though. - 评分 5 / 5来自 Firefox 用户 19280708, 8 天前People get pissy when you call a transphobe a transphobe despite their flowery language.

- Okay I'm seriously confused but I'm not gonna trust what's being written these don't sound like real people they sound like bots or republicans masquerading as trans or whatever either way I really don't care what a bunch boxes of text are saying until I see it for myself I'm not trusting you

- genuinely good extension that has had a smear campaign against it. primarily by those who would like to pretend that being transgender makes one immune to being transphobic when it's in the extension's guidelines to "not to treat people differently just because of their gender, age or orientation"
these people can fully believe that trans women can be transphobic because "transandrophobia". but cannot fathom that they themselves can platform transphobic ideals.
overall great extension, even if you're not trying to block transandrophobia truthers as it accurately hits radfems pretty well - 评分 5 / 5来自 Millie Morbid, 1 个月前
- I'm a trans woman, this add-on has been excellent at letting me know who's safe and who isn't. All the complaints about "false" markings, and yet I've never come across a false marking yet. This tool is primary a way of marking transmisogynists, and if you're marked red and/or mad about this extension... you need to take a deep reflection of yourself rather than continuing to show your hatred of women sharing their experiences and trying to stay safe. Thank you to the developers and to all my sisters!
