I find Video Download Helper essential for downloading certain types of videos without it you would struggle to find another down loader. I wouldn't trust any other app or add-on. I have used it for years and now that it even downloads faster if awesome. You can trust it, I've had now major issues with videos I've brought down using this add-on. Definitely give it ago...

DownloadHelper is awesome. Problems almost nonexistent and help is right there if you need it for any reason.
