How to remove the number in front of the downloaded file

It works but the download is very slow. It took 11 minutes to download a 4 MB music video where as with an "unamed" downloader it would download in 5 to 7 seconds...

I gave this 5 star because it works. I can't reach the developer but maybe al3k_popov reads this message. Good job al3k_popov. Is there a way to get the software to name the download the same as the video. It sometimes does it but most of the time the name defaults to "-YouTube.mp4" which requires manually setting the name... Thanks. You can reach me on reza-at-rezamusic-dot-com

takes waaaay too long i was not going to wait 24 min OR 1 whole HOUR, definitely not downloading again.

Works, but if your browser window is too narrow it will push off YouTube's "more" (...) button so you can't add the video to playlist, etc. unless you increase the window size or disable the addon.

As Per my previous review, absolutely excellent for what I want, note I want an app to download stuff and I don't care about quality as long as it is 720,1080+, the addendum is, sometimes there is not a "download" button, sometimes it's just a + sign, so as I said before, look for it, you lazy gits - lmao

Absolutely Excellent, I've been looking for a replacement for Ant Video Downloader (which was superb), since it's demise, and this is the only one that works for me, tho in a different way, no icon in the toolbar, look for a download button somewhere below the vid you want!!!!

This works for me on windows 10 and the above mentioned browser version

Advice - WITHOUT ACCEPTING ANY RESPONSIBILITY -

1) make sure your browser is up to date first! (I'm on Firefox ESR 102.15, may work with other versions of Firefox too)

2) there will be a download button somewhere on the webpage, normally beneath the vid, look/hunt for it, it should be there hopefully, if not refresh or close firefox and open it again!!! If still no joy it clearly isn't gonna work for you.

If you can't get it to work at first, remove it, close Firefox, open it again, and try again, ensuring you read ALL the instructions carefully, take your time!!!

My opinion, Get IT, and if you've read the above, you should be able to download!!!

N.B only seems to download in MP4 format, but I'm sure you will have software to convert to another format, if so desired, if not, google "free video converters" there are loads out there, I'm sure you will find one that suits or even fall back on VLC the free opensource cross-platform media player, I think it does have an option to convert video formats, google for instructions

Also the resolution may differ from that stated on the webpage, but I can live with that, if you can't, then it's not for you.

edit:all downloads are limited to approx 80kb now,guessing youtube/google is throttling access now like they did with kodi etc. ,,completely unusable now im afraid,was good while it lasted.
