Tow Jam streamlines the workflow between Salesforce Field Service and TowBook by automatically transferring job data between the two platforms.

Instead of manually copying and pasting customer info, vehicle details, and service addresses from Salesforce into TowBook, Tow Jam captures the job data and auto-fills the TowBook new call form for you.

How It Works:
- Open the Salesforce Field Service dispatch page
- Jobs from the Gantt timeline are automatically captured and organized into a list with icons and color-coded status indicators
- Use the floating menu to browse, filter, and select jobs
- Click "Copy to TowBook" and the form fields are filled in automatically
