StressShield works quietly in the background to hide comments that commonly contain harassment, hostility, or emotionally harmful language, so you can focus on watching or creating without constant stress.

What StressShield does:

• Automatically hides hostile or harmful YouTube comments

• Filters insults, mocking phrases, aggressive language, and sarcasm patterns

• Detects stylized harassment, and emoji-based hostility

• Fully hides flagged comments with a blackout bar

• Includes a “Show content” option if you choose to view it

• Runs locally in your browser with no AI, no accounts, no data collection

Important note about filtering:
 StressShield uses strict rule-based filtering to prioritize emotional safety. Because of this, some comments may be hidden even if they are not intended to be harmful.
This is intentional.

StressShield is designed to act like a strict comment gatekeeper, reducing the chance of harmful exposure rather than guaranteeing perfect accuracy. No filter can understand context perfectly, and false positives may occur. It may not catch every personalized harmful comment as it's not AI based.
