This extension allows you to quickly see a Steam users' reputation based on points given by Steam users. An alternative to +Rep and -Rep in comments, as Reputation Points cannot be deleted nor disabled.

Click the Steam Rep icon in the address bar to login while on a profile page. Open the dropdown menu to see buttons for leaving Reputation points. Click the reputation next to the profile's level to see their reputation history.
